radiance release

The Riftbound: Radiance release event will be a casual Sealed Pre-Rift event: Each player receives a Radiance Pre-Rift kit. Open the included booster packs and special champion pack. Build a deck of at least 25 cards using only cards from the kit. Decks may use up to three domains. Players then compete in several Swiss-style rounds. No personal deck or previous cards are required.
