The Drawing Experience 

Riftbound uses a drawing system for purchasing certain products from the Riot Merch Store. Here’s the details:

• First, during a 5-day window, you can throw your name in the ring for the opportunity to purchase product.
• If your name is drawn, you’ll be sent a link to purchase a few days later via email. If you would like to purchase the products you selected, you’ll have a 24-hour window to do so. 
  • The selection process is entirely random, with multiple layers to check that the chosen account is real and not fraudulent.
• If you decide not to purchase, or the time window expires and you haven’t completed your purchase, someone new will be drawn and notified.
• Players should ensure that riotgames.com emails are not being marked as spam or filtered into the trash.
• Players should check that they have access to their account prior to the sign up period for the drawing. If not they can visit Riot’s recovery platform or submit a ticket to player support.
